|1. Combine catfish and soy sauce in a bowl and refrigerate for 5-10 minutes.
2. In a frying pan over medium-high heat, add the oil and heat for 1-2 minutes. Cover the catfish with bread crumbs and deep-fry for 5-8 minutes, or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and serve with jasmine rice or sticky rice.
